Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags and packaging.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days, and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

Discounted items or final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact.

Return Process Steps

Email returns@wildloomstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Attach the provided label.

Ship the item using the instructions provided.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 7–14 days.
